Samagra Shiksha, Manipur is an integrated scheme for school education extending from pre-school to class XII. Formulated by subsuming the erstwhile Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), and Teacher Education (TE) schemes, our broader goal is to improve school effectiveness measured in terms of equal opportunities for schooling and equitable learning outcomes across the state.

Special Training for Out of School Children for Elementary Stage (6-14) yrs

Every child counted, every child brought back to class. In 2024–25, the Project Approval Board approved 4,060 out-of-school children across Manipur for Special Training under the Right to Education Act — and by year's end, every single one had been mainstreamed into regular schools.
